After the payment process is completed, we will send you an email receipt with all order and delivery information, so you can track your order.
In addition, you can also see order details in the orders section of “My Account” when you’re logged in.
When you add your preferred item to your account, and ready to checkout, shipping will be calculated based on your delivery address and you will be given a delivery charge which you can see in your cart.
We aim to ship orders before 1pm on the same day except for weekend orders which would be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery should take no more than 1-3 days except for exceptional cases like holidays or force majeure.
Credit card payment transaction will be taken care of by our trusted partners PayFast, PayStack , FASTA and MOBICRED Payments (For credit facilities/Pay small small).

Returns are processed upon receiving back the goods. Goods must not be opened, tampered with or damaged packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping the returns.
